A day after the blissful chaos that is New York Fashion Week came to a close, the Council of Fashion Designers of America announced the nominees for the CFDA Fashion Awards.
The awards will honor designers across categories like American Womenswear Designer of the Year and American Menswear Designer of the Year in New York City on November 6.

Plus, the CFDA Fashion Awards will honor Vera Wang with the Board of Directors Tribute.
Other honorees include Domenico De Sole (Founder's Award), Maria Cornejo (Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award), Alina Cho (Media Award) and Mara Hoffman (Environmental Sustainability Award).
Jonathan Anderson has been named International Designer of the Year for his work at J.W. Anderson and Loewe.
